Job Description
  • Provide high-quality support to students with SEN, promoting inclusivity and diversity in the classroom.
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers to develop and deliver engaging lessons that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
  • Build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements
  • Level 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification - ideally with placements as part of your course.
  • Strong understanding of various SEN conditions and strategies to support students effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Flexibility, patience, and a genuine passion for making a difference in the lives of children with SEN.
  • Relevant qualifications and certifications in education or special needs support are highly desirable.
