We are seeking an experienced and passionate SEN Teacher to join our team in Norfolk, providing exceptional teaching to small classes of up to 10 students. The successful candidate will be dedicated to making a real difference to children aged 11-16 with SEN and SEMH needs.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Plan and deliver high-quality, differentiated lessons across a range of subjects.
  2. Adapt the curriculum to meet the needs of pupils with SEN and SEMH.
  3. Lead and mentor Teaching Assistants and Higher-Level Teaching Assistants.
  4. Implement school policies, including safeguarding and promoting equality.
  5. Monitor student progress, focusing on both academic and emotional development.
  6. Build strong, nurturing relationships with students, supporting their learning journey.

The role is ideal for committed SEN Teachers who thrive in a nurturing environment and are passionate about transforming lives. You will deliver engaging and creative lessons, adapt the curriculum to meet individual needs, and work closely with multidisciplinary teams.

The salary for this role is £182 per day, with a weekly pay one week in arrears. We offer the support of your own personal consultant and a dedicated staff environment where every SEN Teacher can thrive.
