Salary:£180 - £230 per day
About the PositionWe are seeking an experienced and passionate SEN Teacher to join our team in Norfolk, with expertise in teaching pupils with SEN and SEMH needs.
Key Responsibilities- Teaching
- Plan and deliver high-quality, differentiated lessons across a range of subjects, tailored to meet the diverse needs of pupils.
- Adapt the curriculum to meet the needs of learners with SEN and SEMH requirements.
- Leadership
- Lead and mentor Teaching Assistants and Higher-Level Teaching Assistants, promoting professional growth and excellence.
- Pupil Progress
- Monitor student progress, focusing on both academic and emotional growth, ensuring a holistic approach to education.
- QTS or QTLS qualification (essential).
- Proven experience teaching pupils with SEN and working with EHCPs.
- Strong knowledge of the curriculum and strategies for engaging SEN learners.
- A flexible approach to teaching, catering to individual learning styles and needs.
