Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and passionate SEN Teacher to join our team in Norfolk. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching pupils with SEN and SEMH, with experience working with EHCPs and implementing individualized learning plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lesson Planning and Delivery: Plan and deliver high-quality, differentiated lessons across a range of subjects, adapting the curriculum to meet the needs of pupils with SEN and SEMH.
  • Pupil Progress Monitoring: Monitor student progress, focusing on both academic and emotional development, and provide regular feedback to students and parents.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including onsite clinical teams and experienced senior leadership teams, to provide a holistic support system for students.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • QTS or QTLS: Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills (QTLS) status.
  • SEN Experience: Have experience teaching pupils with SEN and working with EHCPs.
  • Curriculum Knowledge: Possess a strong knowledge of the curriculum and strategies for engaging SEN learners.

  • Salary: £31,650 - £49,084 per annum, paid weekly in arrears.
