About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Religious Education teacher to join our team at an Ofsted Good school in Norfolk. As a teacher of faith and values, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons to students at GCSE level. With a strong focus on academic achievement and personal development, our department provides a supportive and inclusive learning environment that fosters growth and progress.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering effective lessons that meet the needs of all learners. Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage resources effectively will be essential in creating a positive and productive learning space. You will also be expected to maintain strong relationships with colleagues, parents, and students, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout your role.

This is a part-time permanent position, working Monday, Tuesday, and Friday. The salary will be paid in line with the teacher pay scale (MPS/UPS), which we estimate to be around £35,000-£50,000 per annum depending on experience. We offer a supportive and approachable head of department, as well as a highly successful and well-resourced Religious Education department.
