Autism Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Education Assistant to work with children with Autism, ADHD, and SEMH in SEN Schools and Mainstream Primary Schools in Norfolk. The successful candidate will have a passion for supporting students with special needs and be able to adapt their teaching style to meet the individual needs of each pupil.
Responsibilities:- Assessing the individual needs of pupils and following their EHCPs.
- Evaluating and reporting pupils' progress to teachers, carers, and healthcare professionals.
- Managing challenging behaviour in a positive and calm manner.
The ideal candidate will have good communication skills, be able to see through challenging behaviour, and have experience working with children with Autism, ADHD, and SEMH. As an Education Assistant, you will work closely with teachers, carers, and other professionals to provide high-quality support to our students.
Requirements:- Experience working with children with Autism, ADHD, and SEMH.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to manage challenging behaviour in a positive and calm manner.
