**Residential Support Professional - Autism Services**
We are looking for compassionate individuals to join our team in Norfolk, providing residential care for children with Autism. The successful candidate will work a 40-hour week on a permanent basis, with a 2-week rolling rota. Salary: £26,000 per annum.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized support to children with Autism, promoting their overall well-being.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with children, colleagues, and external partners.
- Participate in continuous learning and professional growth opportunities.
- Contribute to the effective functioning of the residential unit, prioritizing health, safety, and security.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience working with children with Autism or similar conditions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
- Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to respond to changing circumstances.
- Relevant qualifications and/or experience.
