Care Support Worker Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated Care Support Worker to join our team at Ambient Support Limited. As a Care Support Worker, you will provide essential care and support services for individuals with complex needs.

Job Description:

This role involves supporting individuals in living their lives as they wish within their community, building positive relationships, and promoting independence. You will provide social and emotional support, personal care assistance, and help with daily activities such as shopping and budgeting.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Empathy, caring, and sensitivity towards others' needs;
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • Experience supporting adults in care settings or communities; comprehensive training provided;
  • Computer literacy;
  • A car driver preferred but not essential.
