Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team in Norwich and surrounding areas. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to individuals in their own homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and live fulfilling lives.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have experience working as a Care Assistant or Support Worker, with a strong commitment to delivering person-centered care. You will be responsible for supporting clients with their personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation, as well as assisting with domestic duties and food shopping.

You will work collaboratively with our local care team to develop personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each client. We offer flexible working hours, including daytimes, evenings, and weekends, to accommodate different lifestyles and schedules.

Requirements

To be considered for this rewarding role, you must have a valid driving license and your own transport. A thorough induction and training program will be provided to support your development as a Caregiver.

We are committed to investing in our staff's skills and qualifications, offering extensive training courses through our Healthcare Homes Academy. This includes opportunities to pursue Advanced Healthcare Practitioner qualifications and Apprenticeships.
