Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Creative Media Technician at our Norwich Campus.

About the Role

This is a part-time position, 14.8 hours per week (2 days per week, Thursday and Friday), 52 weeks per year, with a salary of £23,630 - £25,656 per annum pro rata.

Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will provide practical and technical support and supervision for students in the A level area, focusing on Art, Media, and Photography.

  • Maintaining equipment and ensuring high health and safety standards are met.
  • Supporting students in various areas, including textiles, art, and photography.
  • Creating risk assessments and COSHH records.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as you will be working closely with students, staff, and other teams.

Requirements

To be successful in this position, you will need:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of art, media, and photography techniques and software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good understanding of health and safety protocols.
