We're Anglian Home Improvements, a forward-thinking company seeking an exceptional Media Buying Expert to drive our paid media efforts across multiple platforms.

Job Overview:

This role involves developing, executing, and optimising high-impact campaigns that drive measurable results. You'll leverage your expertise in digital advertising, audience targeting, and campaign optimisation to strategically reach and engage our core audiences.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Plan, build, and execute paid media strategies, focusing on Meta, Google Ads, and other auction-based platforms.
  • Monitor campaign performance and make adjustments in targeting, bids, and creatives.
  • Track key KPIs (ROAS, CPC, CTR, CPA) and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in biddable media or paid social.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and performance tracking.

  • £60,000 - £80,000 per annum salary.
