We are seeking a skilled Autism Support Professional to join our team at Atrium Associates Ltd.

About the Role:

This position involves providing personalised care and support to adults with Autism, Learning Disabilities, and Mental Health challenges. As an Adult Care Worker, you will utilise your qualifications and experience to deliver high-quality care and make a positive impact in the lives of our service users.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Personalised Care: Deliver tailored care plans and strategies with multidisciplinary teams to meet the unique needs of each individual.
  • Offer Emotional Support: Provide emotional support and guidance for behavioural and emotional hurdles, promoting overall well-being and quality of life.
Requirements:
  • NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent): Hold a recognised qualification in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
  • Full UK Driving License and Access to Your Own Car: Possess a full driving license and have access to your own car for work-related travel.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Demonstrate strong communication skills for diverse backgrounds and cultures.
  • Strong Behaviour Management Abilities and Safeguarding Understanding: Possess a deep understanding of behaviour management and safeguarding principles.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Competitive Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience) + benefits package.
