Job Overview

Greater Manchester Mental Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Band 6 Registered Physical Health Nurse to join our dynamic Primary Care Team as a Team Leader. Main Responsibilities
  • Assist in the overall delivery of care to patients within the Primary Care Department.
  • Assess care needs and develop, implement, and evaluate pathways of care.
  • Lead and develop a team of healthcare staff and visiting professionals.
  • Work towards providing the highest standard of care for the prison population.
  • Ensure consistent and effective nursing practice and operational activity.

  • Registered General Nurse (Adult) with current NMC registration.
