About the Position

As a Care Team Supervisor, you will oversee our extra care complex, delivering specialized support tailored to the unique needs of individuals. At Radis, we recognize each person as an individual, providing personalized services that cater to their specific requirements while maintaining a consistent approach throughout their care journey.

You will serve as the primary contact for the care package, conducting supervisions and meetings, as well as offering guidance to Care Workers. Your responsibilities will include scheduling and allocating tasks to ensure that personal care and all care activities are client-specific. Additionally, you will assist with medication management, personal care tasks, and community support.

Participation in the on-call rota is required, and you will provide coverage for care and housing-related support duties during emergencies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

While prior experience as a Care Team Supervisor is advantageous, it is not mandatory. The ideal candidate will possess an NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care and be working towards Level 3. Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with a willingness to learn and adapt to client needs, are essential.

This position requires an enhanced DBS check.
