About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and resilient Team Leader to join our team at Radis Community Care. As a Team Leader, you will play a vital role in providing support to our extra care complex, delivering specialized care to individuals with unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide supervision and support to Care Workers, ensuring they have the necessary resources to deliver high-quality care.
  • Schedule and allocate work to Care Workers, ensuring personal care and tasks are tailored to each individual's needs.
  • Support with medication management, personal care tasks, and community support.
  • Participate in the on-call rota and provide emergency cover for care and housing-related support duties.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Team Leader or in a similar role is advantageous.
  • NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care, working towards Level 3.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to clients' needs and expectations.
