Ex Forces / REME Engineer - Maintenance Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced Ex Forces / REME Engineer to join our team as a Maintenance Team Leader. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers in the maintenance and repair of our technical plant and machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of engineers in the maintenance and repair of technical plant and machinery
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure optimal equipment performance
  • Conduct safety audits and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Manage office-based duties, including rotas, QHSE, safety audits, disciplinaries, training, etc.

Requirements:

  • Ex Forces / REME Engineer with leadership experience
  • Strong technical knowledge of plant and machinery
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
