About the Position
As a Care Team Supervisor, you will oversee our extra care facility, providing specialized assistance to individuals in need. Radis recognizes the uniqueness of each person and tailors our services to meet their specific requirements, ensuring a consistent and personalized approach throughout their care journey.
You will serve as the primary contact for the care package, conducting supervisions and meetings while supporting the Care Workers. Your responsibilities will include scheduling and allocating tasks to ensure that personal care and all related duties are tailored to each client. Additionally, you will assist with medication management, personal care tasks, and community support.
Participation in the on-call rota is required, along with providing emergency cover for care and housing-related support duties as needed.

Qualifications and Skills Required
While prior experience as a Care Team Supervisor is beneficial, it is not mandatory. The ideal candidate will hold an NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care and be working towards Level 3. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with a willingness to learn and adapt to the needs and expectations of clients.
This position requires an enhanced DBS check.
