Role Overview
As a Team Leader, you will oversee support services within our extra care facility, delivering specialized assistance to individuals. At Radis, we recognize the uniqueness of each person and tailor our services to meet their specific requirements, ensuring a consistent and personalized approach throughout their care journey.
Your responsibilities will also include participating in the on-call rota and providing emergency cover for care and housing-related support duties as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications
While prior experience as a Team Leader is advantageous, it is not mandatory. The ideal candidate will possess an NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care and be working towards Level 3. Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with a willingness to adapt to clients' needs and expectations, are essential.
This position necessitates an enhanced DBS check.
