Role Overview
As a Care Team Supervisor, you will oversee support for our extra care complex, delivering specialized assistance to individuals. Radis values each person as unique, providing tailored services that meet their specific needs while ensuring a consistent approach throughout their care journey.
You will also participate in the on-call rota, providing coverage for care and housing-related support duties during emergencies.

Required Skills and Qualifications
While prior experience as a Care Team Supervisor is beneficial, it is not mandatory. The ideal candidate will hold an NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care and be working towards Level 3. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with a willingness to adapt to the needs and expectations of clients.
This position requires an enhanced DBS check.
