Position Overview

As a Team Leader, you will oversee support services within our extra care facility, delivering specialized assistance tailored to individual needs. We recognize each person as unique and are committed to providing a personalized service that adapts to their specific requirements throughout their journey.

Additionally, you will be expected to participate in the on-call rota, stepping in to cover care and housing-related support responsibilities during emergencies.

Qualifications and Skills Required

While prior experience as a Team Leader is advantageous, it is not mandatory. The ideal candidate will hold an NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care and be working towards Level 3. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with a commitment to learning and adapting to meet client needs and expectations.

This position requires an enhanced DBS check.
