Glasgow Life is seeking a skilled Senior Development Officer to support a major capital fundraising campaign for the redevelopment of The People's Palace, an iconic Glasgow Museum. In this position, you will work closely with the Head of Development and a dedicated team to create compelling proposals, cultivate long-term donor relationships, and manage stewardship programmes. If you have a proven track record in raising significant philanthropic funding and experience in preparing successful fundraising applications, we encourage you to apply.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree or relevant fundraising qualifications, with considerable experience working in a fundraising/development office. A strong understanding of the fundraising landscape, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders are essential for success in this role.

**Benefits**

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as 30 days' holiday allowance plus 6.5 public holidays (for full-time roles). Our benefits package includes membership of the Local Government Pension Scheme, discounted Glasgow Club membership, and opportunities for professional development.
