The Fundraiser Development Coach Role

">

This key position plays a crucial role in supporting the success of our Fundraiser Level 3 apprentices.

">

As a Fundraiser Development Coach, you'll work closely with apprentices, line managers, and other stakeholders to ensure their timely progress toward End Point Assessment.

">

Key responsibilities include coaching and mentoring apprentices, completing quarterly progress reviews, evaluating and enhancing your own skill set, providing constructive feedback, and promoting Health & Safety awareness.

  • Significant experience in fundraising and coaching/mentoring in a professional environment.">
  • Absence of Enhanced DBS check; willingness to obtain if required.">
  • In-depth knowledge of Safeguarding, Prevent, and E&D principles.">
  • Pastoral care for young people and colleagues.">
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.">
  • Capacity to adapt to diverse environments and resolve problems independently.">
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills.">
