Salary and Benefits:

£68,000 per annum, plus a competitive benefits package including employer pension contribution of up to 8% and health cash plan.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Fundraising Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive fundraising strategy, focusing on trusts, foundations, corporate supporters, and high net worth individuals.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in fundraising, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and strong project management skills. They will be able to articulate the case for support and work independently as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive fundraising strategy, in line with organisational objectives, that includes income targets, activities, and timelines.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including trusts, foundations, corporate supporters, and high net worth individuals.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Working Arrangements:

  • 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday (9.30am - 5.30pm).
  • Flexible/hybrid working available.
  • Occasional travel required to other locations across Scotland.
