As a leading cultural organisation in Scotland, we are seeking a highly skilled Programme Director to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of fundraising strategies to support our artistic programmes.

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum

Job Description

The Programme Director will lead the development and implementation of fundraising strategies to support our artistic programmes, including identifying and pursuing new funding opportunities, building relationships with donors and stakeholders, and managing the fundraising process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement fundraising strategies to support our artistic programmes
  • Identify and pursue new funding opportunities, including grants, corporate sponsorships, and individual donations
  • Build and maintain relationships with donors and stakeholders, including major gift donors, corporate partners, and community groups
  • Manage the fundraising process from start to finish, including research, outreach, and stewardship
  • Collaborate with the senior leadership team to ensure alignment with organisational goals and objectives
