Role Overview:
The Director of Programme Management will lead the Programme Management Office (PMO) within the TMO, driving effective governance and alignment with business objectives. This role requires strong leadership, programme management expertise, and the ability to drive change across various departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement programme management frameworks, agile methodologies, and change management practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive transformation initiatives.
  • Prepare and present executive-level reports on programme progress, risks, and opportunities.
  • Ensure data accuracy and leverage metrics to track transformation success.

Salary: £130,000 - £160,000 per annum
