Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Fundraising Manager to join our team at Scottish Opera. As a key member of our fundraising department, you will play a vital role in recruiting new donors and driving growth in our lower and mid-giving levels.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of Scotland's national opera company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver a donor recruitment strategy designed to grow our lower and mid-giving levels.
  • Develop and implement a data-driven approach to drive effective donor engagement and retention.
  • Work closely with the Individual Giving Team to forge new relationships and establish a strong foundation for future giving.

About You:

  • Proven experience in making the ask and developing a compelling case for support.
  • Strong knowledge of individual giving fundraising techniques and best practices across the charity sector.
  • An understanding of excellent customer service and a willingness to learn and adapt to new fundraising strategies.
