About the Role

We are looking for an Administrative Recruitment Coordinator to join our central people team in Swindon until May 25.

This is a full-time position working 37 hours per week with an estimated salary of £12-£14 per hour.

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the recruitment team, learn safer recruitment practices, and work in the education sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the recruitment team
  • Manage vacancy advertisements and respond to communications from candidates
  • Ensure the careers website provides accurate information on all vacancies and relevant documents are up to date
  • Track applications, prepare shortlisting and interview packs, and invite candidates for interview
  • Post job openings on social media platforms

Essential Skills:

  • Highly organized with excellent administrative skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work accurately with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly in drafting correspondence and formal legal contracts
