Administrative Recruitment Coordinator

We are looking for an Administrative Recruitment Coordinator to join our central people team in Swindon until May 25.
This is a full-time position working 37 hours per week with an estimated salary of £12-£14 per hour.
The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the recruitment team, learn safer recruitment practices, and work in the education sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team
- Manage vacancy advertisements and respond to communications from candidates
- Ensure the careers website provides accurate information on all vacancies and relevant documents are up to date
- Track applications, prepare shortlisting and interview packs, and invite candidates for interview
- Post job openings on social media platforms
Essential Skills:
- Highly organized with excellent administrative skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work accurately with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, particularly in drafting correspondence and formal legal contracts
