Job Overview: Administrative Coordinator for Solicitors

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Coordinator for Solicitors in the Family Department.

The ideal candidate will have excellent IT skills, strong communication abilities, and up to 2 years of experience working in a similar role.

Main Job Duties:

  • Support solicitors with case preparation and documentation
  • Prepare and organize bundles, correspondence, and documents for court hearings
  • Manage diaries, calendars, and schedules for the team
  • Provide administrative assistance, including filing, photocopying, and data entry
  • Communicate effectively with clients, solicitors, and other parties
  • Cover reception duties during holidays or absences
  • Perform other tasks as required by the team leader

Requirements:

  • Up to 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent timekeeping and attendance record
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks efficiently
  • A smart and tidy appearance

Salary Range: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
