Medical Administration Coordinator

We are seeking a Medical Administration Coordinator to join our Pharmacy team at Great Western Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. As a Medical Administration Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting senior staff, coordinating administrative and governance processes, and developing and coordinating administrative and data analysis processes.
The ideal candidate will have excellent administrative skills, with experience in coordinating administrative and governance processes, and proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office packages. You will also need to be proficient in the use of Microsoft Word and Outlook, and able to work both in a team and independently.
A competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum is offered, depending on experience, along with flexible working options, home or remote working, compressed hours, term time hours, and annualised hours. The successful candidate will also have opportunities to develop their skills and knowledge, working with a variety of staff to support safe and effective medicines use in different approaches.

- NVQ3 or equivalent
