Administrative Coordinator: Justice Sector

You will work in an office-based setting (37 hours a week), utilizing your administrative skills to prepare routine correspondence, compile and verify data, and manage a small team's workload when necessary. Effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role, which involves interacting with clients via outbound calls and collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing routine correspondence and checking that of others
- Compiling, verifying, and reporting data
- Managing the workload of a small team, if required
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
- Administrative experience with good knowledge and experience in using Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Ability to verify and report data accurately
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management
