Administrative Fines Coordinator

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Fines Coordinator to join our team at Brook Street in Swindon. This is a temporary contract until the end of December 2024 with a possibility of extension.
This office-based role requires administrative experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office, as well as excellent communication skills both oral and written. The ideal candidate will have experience in preparing routine correspondence, compiling data, completing forms or reports, and managing workload.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and verify documents for clients and internal stakeholders
- Manage and maintain accurate records and databases
- Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues via phone and email
- Perform various administrative tasks as required by the team leader
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- Administrative experience with Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure
- Basic understanding of data compilation and reporting
