Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our Pharmacy team at Great Western Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. The ideal candidate will have excellent administrative skills, with experience in coordinating administrative and governance processes, and proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office packages.
As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting senior staff, developing and coordinating administrative and data analysis processes, and providing secretarial support to the Pharmacy Board. You will also be responsible for updating and managing the Pharmacy Intranet site, assisting in the management of the eRostering system, and undertaking specific projects as dictated by the Director of Pharmacy.
The successful candidate will have NVQ3 or equivalent, previous administrative experience, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be confident, friendly, and able to establish meaningful working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders. A competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum is offered, depending on experience, along with flexible working options, home or remote working, compressed hours, term time hours, and annualised hours.
