Academic Recruitment Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Recruitment Administrator. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a growing company, offering great scope for progression and career development.
The successful candidate will be responsible for various tasks including making inbound calls, drafting documents, sourcing candidates, and building relationships with clients. Excellent communication skills and Microsoft Office proficiency are essential for this role.
Salary and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this position is £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include uncapped commission, bonuses, annual salary reviews, regular promotions, full training provided, and hybrid working arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Making inbound calls to communicate with clients and candidates
- Drafting documents and reports to support recruitment activities
- Sourcing and screening candidates for job openings
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates
Requirements:
- Highly motivated and organized individual with a desire to succeed
- Customer service or sales experience preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills and Microsoft Office proficiency essential
Working Hours and Environment:
Monday to Thursday: 08:30 – 17:00
Friday: 08:30 - 16:00
Hybrid working arrangement with earlier finish on Fridays
