We are seeking a highly organized and efficient recruitment administrator to join our central people team in Swindon on a temporary basis.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, focusing on safer recruitment practices in education.
  2. Create and manage vacancy advertisements, responding to candidate inquiries.
  3. Maintain the accuracy of the careers website by ensuring up-to-date information on all vacancies and relevant documents.
  4. Track applications, prepare shortlisting and interview packs, and invite candidates for interview in a timely manner.
  5. Promote vacancies through various channels.
  6. Coordinate references for candidates and make follow-up calls as required.
Requirements:
  1. A highly organized individual with excellent administrative skills, able to work efficiently under pressure.
  2. Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain attention to detail.
  3. Excellent communication skills, particularly in drafting correspondence and responding to queries.
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook, and Excel; experience using databases is desirable.
  5. Able to build effective working relationships and collaborate within a busy Central Services Team.
  6. Good research skills to improve service and candidate attraction.
  7. Flexible and able to work independently, remaining calm under pressure.
  8. A full, clean driving license.

The successful candidate will be subject to an enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references. Estimated salary: £28,800 - £32,400 per annum based on 37 hours per week.
