New College Swindon is seeking a highly motivated Progress Coach to support students in achieving their aspirations and preparing them for their next steps. As a Progress Coach, you will be working closely with students to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to enhance their learning.

Salary Information:

The salary for this role is £22,000-£28,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including 21.7% College pension contribution to LGPS, health care cash plan, free car parking, discounted Hair & Beauty, on-site gym, staff development & training, Sodexo Retail Discount Scheme, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide academic guidance and support to students, helping them to achieve their academic potential.
  • To work closely with teachers and other support staff to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to enhance student learning.
  • To maintain accurate records of student progress and provide regular feedback to students and parents/guardians.

Requirements:

  1. A good level of English.
