About the RoleClaire's Inc. is seeking a Customer Experience Lead to enhance the shopping experience for our customers.
- You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers have a fun and enjoyable shopping experience.
- In collaboration with the Store Manager, you will drive sales growth through effective customer engagement and product knowledge.
- You will participate in visual merchandising, ensuring that the store looks presentable and inviting to our customers.
- Key responsibilities include demonstrating products, assisting customers with queries, and processing store deliveries.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of retail experience, preferably in a management role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills, including operating a POS system.
