Customer Experience Lead

We are seeking a Customer Experience Lead to join our team at ABM UK. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a senior leadership role and drive a culture of excellence in customer service across our airport operations. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the effective supervision and performance management of staff, while promoting a culture of service excellence and maintaining a professional image. Key responsibilities include ensuring Airport Authority Service Level Agreements are met, establishing good relationships with client airlines and companies, and providing detailed weekly and monthly reports covering operational aspects of the airport operation.
A competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, is on offer, along with a range of benefits including 24/7 GP access, mental health support, and a cycle to work scheme.
