As Customer Experience Lead, you'll be responsible for driving exceptional customer satisfaction across our Aftersales department. With a focus on delivering outstanding results and exceeding customer expectations, you'll work closely with our team to plan, forecast, and deliver sales targets. This is an excellent opportunity to take your career to the next level, with a competitive salary of £70,000 - £85,000 per annum and a range of benefits, including 33 days holiday, company pension, wellness programme, sick pay, and group life insurance. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive exceptional customer satisfaction across the Aftersales department.
- Work closely with our team to plan, forecast, and deliver sales targets, driving workshop utilisation and efficiency.
- Collaborate with other department managers to drive overall centre performance and achieve agreed KPIs and brand standards.

Requirements:
A successful background in Aftersales management, preferably in a similar size role, or experience as a Parts Manager or Service Manager. Strong leadership and management skills, a winning mentality, and a real passion for the brand are essential.
