Financial Institutions Sales Lead

TreasurySpring, a pioneering financial technology company, is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our Institutional Sales Team. Based in London, this role offers the chance to work with top-tier Financial Institutions and drive growth through strategic sales initiatives.
The successful candidate will possess a strong track record of achieving ambitious sales targets, driving team performance, and delivering structured sales strategies. With a deep understanding of cash investments and institutional client needs, they will bring TreasurySpring's capabilities to life in the FI sector, utilizing marketing strategies and tools to ingrain our brand into the cash manager's toolkit.
About the Role:
- Implement sales plans to deliver new clients and drive business growth
- Broaden TreasurySpring's presence in the FI sector through targeted marketing campaigns
- Represent the company at conferences and workshops, collaborating with the wider sales team as necessary
We offer a competitive salary of £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus an equity and bonus scheme, unlimited paid leave, and a comprehensive benefits package, including enhanced parental leave and pay, workplace pension, and complete Bupa healthcare cover.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years in a similar role, covering Financial Institutions with a strong network
- Strong track record of achieving ambitious sales targets and driving team performance
- Cash or fixed-income background, ideally from a credit institution or asset manager
- Ability to create sales plans and deliver against pre-agreed sales targets
