Strategic Partnership Manager for Financial Institutions

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Partnership Manager to join our team in London, who will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key advisory firms.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of building and executing sales strategies that drive business growth and revenue.
This role requires someone who is passionate about the financial services industry, has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and can effectively negotiate at senior/board level.
The ideal candidate will also possess a deep understanding of the UK platform market, financial services, pensions market, and the wrap platform market gained through experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business targets;
- Maintaining strong relationships with key advisory firms and identifying new opportunities for growth;
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction;
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to align sales efforts with business objectives;
- Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies;
- Presenting at regional and team events to promote Nucleus Financial's products and services.
In return, we offer a competitive salary of £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including pension, bonus, enhanced parental leave, paid time off for emergencies, health and wellbeing initiatives, and flexible working options.
