Administrative Coordinator

The Royal United Hospitals Bath NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Cardiology department as an Administrative Coordinator. This role will play a crucial part in supporting the team in providing quality care to patients and their support network.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate directorate waiting lists and patient records, ensuring that Millennium is up to date with any details relevant to the patient's admission.
- Support the achievement of the Trust's/National waiting list targets by effective management of the primary target list.
- Act as a point of contact for teams, dealing and responding effectively with complex queries, passing on relevant information to appropriate team members sensitively and autonomously.
- Provide formal first line management to the administrative team for sickness, performance, and appraisals. Undertake recruitment to vacant positions as they arise.

Requirements- GCSE level education, English & Maths
- Experience in administrative roles
- Competence with IT, including Word & Excel
