Position Summary
We are currently seeking a Business Support Assistant to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish clear objectives and direction for OGSM deliverables.
- Oversee payroll and HR administration, including timekeeping and vacation tracking.
- Assist with site personnel processes.
- Manage purchase orders and reconcile billing statements.
- Recognize the influence of individual actions on achieving site/business OGSM and its effect on profitability.
- Order uniforms and personal protective equipment, managing inventory control and distribution, along with cleaning and office supplies.
- Generate and disseminate reports for the site.
- Exhibit leadership in health and safety by promoting the Müller safety culture.
- Handle general office and facility management, including hospitality coordination as needed.
- Ensure site communications are current, including notice boards and newsletters.
- Maintain professional communication with all stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary contact for the site, performing reception duties when necessary.
- Investigate credit control claims as required.
- Proactively identify and pursue improvement opportunities within the workplace, transforming them into personal projects.
- Assist in the planning and execution of site events.
- Provide support in the delivery of site inductions and onboarding processes.
