Administrative Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Adecco. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our project team, including use of MS Office 365 tools to record, monitor, and forward requests. You will also assist in transferring content from the current Wiki platform to the new platform, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Main Responsibilities:
* Use MS Office 365 tools to record, monitor, and forward requests
* Assist in transferring content from the current Wiki platform to the new platform
* Work closely with staff members to review, organize, and structure Wiki content
* Operate a computer program to export data from source system to SharePoint
* Provide basic technical support to members as they transition to the new system
Requirements:
* Experience with MS Office 365 tools
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong communication and organizational skills
