As a result of staff transition, the office is currently seeking a skilled Administrative Coordinator / Receptionist to facilitate daily operations.

Position: Administrative Coordinator/Receptionist

Compensation: GBP30,000 - GBP35,000

Work Location: Central Office

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:30 - Fully office-based

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver precise administrative support, including audio and document typing, formatting, and more.
  • Generate detailed reports utilizing company templates.
  • Serve as the welcoming presence at reception, managing calls, messages, and greeting guests.
  • Oversee data entry into the document management system, including purchase orders and invoices.
  • Maintain office organization, from tidying to providing IT assistance.
  • Procure office supplies, stationery, and refreshments for meetings.
  • Arrange travel and accommodation for staff as needed.
