At Therapeutic Care Ltd, we aim to deliver exceptional therapeutic care that changes lives. We're looking for a dedicated Residential Childcare Worker to take on a Team Leader role and support our mission.
Responsibilities:
Assist the Home Manager in managing the daily operations of the home, including implementing policies and procedures, maintaining records, and supporting junior staff.
Requirements:
- 1 year of Residential Childcare experience
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People Workforce or equivalent
Compensation Package:
We offer a competitive salary of £50,000 per annum, based on qualifications and experience, as well as additional benefits such as a sleep-in rate of £60 per sleep and overtime paid at £1 extra.
