We are seeking an experienced Residential Childcare Worker to take on a Team Leader position at Therapeutic Care Ltd.

Job Description

In this role, you will play a crucial role in promoting the well-being and positive outcomes for every young person in our care by assisting the Home Manager in ensuring the smooth operation of the home, implementing policies and procedures, and maintaining records.

Responsibilities

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting the Home Manager in overseeing daily operations
  • Implementing and maintaining policies and procedures
  • Maintaining accurate records
  • Fostering the growth and development of junior staff
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year experience in Residential Childcare
  • A full UK driving licence
  • A Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People Workforce or equivalent
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is £50,000 depending on qualifications and experience. Additional benefits include a sleep-in rate of £60 per night and overtime paid at £1 extra.
