We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Team Leader to join our team at Therapeutic Care Ltd. In this rewarding role, you will work closely with the Home Manager to provide high-quality care and support to children and young people living in our homes.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the home
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve outcomes for children and young people
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports
  • Leading and inspiring a team of junior staff members

We offer a competitive salary of £52,500 based on qualifications and experience. Benefits include a sleep-in rate of £65 per night and overtime paid at £1 extra. A full UK driving licence and Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People's Workforce or equivalent are required for this role.
