About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of housekeeping staff
  • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the care home
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures
  • Monitor and control costs associated with housekeeping operations
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care services

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of experience in housekeeping or a related field
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
