**Job Summary:**

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional to join our team as a Head of Housekeeping. You will be responsible for leading a team of housekeeping staff and overseeing the daily operation of our residential homes.

**Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of housekeeping staff to ensure that every room and living space is maintained to the highest standards.
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules to meet the needs of our residents.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout our homes.

**Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within the hospitality or healthcare sector.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Benefits:
