About the Role

The position of Head of Housekeeping at Barchester Healthcare Ltd demands a high level of attention to detail, strong leadership skills, and excellent communication abilities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene within our care homes. About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to have previous experience working in housekeeping or a similar environment, such as a hospital or hotel. A proven track record of leading and managing a team is essential, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will also need to be able to work independently, using their own initiative to achieve goals and objectives.

Salary and Benefits

Key Responsibilities

  1. Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene within our care homes.
  2. Lead and manage a team of housekeeping staff, providing guidance and support where needed.

  4. Ensure all equipment and supplies are maintained and up-to-date.
  5. Monitor and report any maintenance issues or concerns.
